Prune Juice Laxative Techniques

Constipation is one of those experiences that most of us hope to never experience, but it happens to the best of us.  Constipation can happen for many different reasons, and while you may not feel like it at the time, it can be relieved fairly quickly and easily.  Prune juice laxative techniques are among the most natural, effective, and safe.  If you want to avoid stimulants that can cause cramping, you may want to consider a prune juice laxative.

In some cases just drinking two to three cups of prune juice will be enough to get some people going within a few hours.  In the morning, first thing before you eat or drink anything else, drink two the three cups of cold prune juice.  Most people will begin to have bowel movements within several hours.

Another option is to drink two to three cups of prune juice in the morning and then follow it with a cup of apple juice.  Three hours later, drink another two to three cups of prune juice, and again follow with apple juice.  Most people begin to have bowel movements within this time.  If you do not, simply continue to drink the prune and apple juice until you are having regular, soft bowel movements.

Yet another prune juice laxative remedy involves not just prune juice, but also oat milk.  You mix eight ounces of oat milk with three ounces of prune juice.  Drink this mixture first thing in the morning before you eat or drink anything else.  This will usually help to relieve constipation within several hours.

Another prune juice laxative involves apple sauce, unprocessed bran, and prune juice.  Mix together one cup of unprocessed bran with one cup of apple cause, and three quarters cup of prune juice.  Mix together to form a paste, and then refrigerate to allow for the mixture to become much like the consistency of peanut butter.  Wash down one tablespoon of this mixture each morning with a glass of water and you should be relieved of all of your constipation issues.

As you can see, there are plenty of prune juice laxative options for you to choose from.  If you aren’t a big fan of prune juice, take heart, you can also use prunes and you can mix it with other juices to sort of dilute the flavor.  Even, if prune juice is not your favorite, these remedies work and will be worth a little suffering to get rid of the discomfort.
